1. Cancellation Policy
- Once a service agreement is signed and work has commenced, cancellations must be submitted in writing (email).
- Cancellation requests before any work begins may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total project cost.
- If the project has already started, a non-refundable advance (as agreed in the service agreement) will be retained.
- Cancellation after significant work has been performed will require full payment for the completed portion of the service.
2. Refund Policy
- We strive to deliver high-quality digital services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:
- Failure to deliver the service as agreed in the contract.
- Delivery of services significantly different from what was promised.
- Minor revisions and subjective preferences are not eligible for refunds.
- Any approved refund will be processed within 14 business days of the refund approval.
- The refund amount will exclude any non-recoverable costs already incurred, such as third-party software licenses or paid advertising.

- Third-party API subscriptions or licensing fees
- Non-refundable deposits or advances
- Custom work already delivered per the project scope
4. Dispute Resolution
- In case of any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, we encourage both parties to resolve the issue amicably.
- If necessary, disputes will be governed under Indian law and settled in Hyderabad courts.
